Spiritual Direction is about the spiritual life. When you join me I will companion you on the topic of your relationship with God and the movement of the Holy Spirit in your life. Emotional patterns and obstacles will no doubt bubble up and we will evaluate together to help to be open to your growth into holiness. This is a practice of holy listening where the Spiritual Director provides an attentive presence supporting you in your journey with God.
